一、隱私權政策

2. 我們收集的資料類型

  • 帳戶資料:電子郵件、顯示名稱、第三方登入識別(如 Google、Apple)。
  • 個人檔案:性別、配對偏好、個人簡介、照片、上傳內容。
  • 使用資料:登入時間、活躍時間、配對/聊天室操作、錯誤與除錯日誌。
  • 裝置與技術資料:裝置型號、作業系統版本、IP 位址、行動網路/裝置識別碼。
  • 位置資料:若您同意授權,我們可能使用區域資訊以提供在地化功能。
  • 付費與訂閱資料:若您購買會員訂閱,付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理;我們不會儲存完整信用卡或金融卡號碼,但可能收到交易識別碼、訂閱狀態與到期時間以提供會員功能。
  • 通訊資料:您與其他用戶或客服的訊息(依功能需要儲存於伺服器)。
  • 廣告相關資料:若您使用免費版本,Google AdMob 等廣告服務可能收集廣告識別碼及裝置資訊以投放廣告(詳見第 4 節)。

3. 資料用途

我們會將資料用於:

4. 與第三方共享

5. 資料保留與刪除

我們會在達成蒐集目的或法律規定期間內保留資料。您可透過 App 內的「刪除帳號」流程請求刪除個人資料。某些資料(如交易紀錄、法令要求之紀錄)可能需依法令保留一段期間。

6. 使用者權利

視您所在地法令,您可能享有查詢、存取、修正、刪除、限制處理、資料可攜與反對處理等權利。請透過下方聯絡方式申請行使權利。

7. 安全措施

我們採取合理的技術與管理措施(例如加密、存取控管)保護資料安全。但任何線上傳輸與儲存皆有風險,無法保證百分之百安全。

8. 未成年人政策

本 App 不會有意向未滿法定年齡的兒童蒐集資料。若您為家長或監護人,發現您的子女提供個資,請聯絡我們請求刪除。

9. 國際傳輸

為提供服務,您的資料可能會傳輸或儲存在您所在地以外的國家/地區。若有跨境傳輸,我們會採取適當保護措施。

二、使用條款(EULA)

歡迎使用 chou chou(以下稱「本服務」)。下載、安裝或使用本 App,即表示您同意受本使用條款約束。若您不同意,請勿使用本服務。

1. 帳戶註冊與資格

  • 帳戶安全:您有責任保護登入憑證,並對帳戶下的一切活動負責。
  • 資料正確性:您同意提供真實、準確且完整的註冊資訊。
  • 年齡限制:您必須達到您所在地區使用此類服務的法定最低年齡。

2. 使用者行為規範(零容忍政策)

本服務提供訊息與社交互動功能。我們對以下行為零容忍,違者可能收到警告、停權或永久封禁:

  • 色情、裸露、暴力或血腥內容;
  • 仇恨、歧視、騷擾或霸凌言論;
  • 威脅人身安全;
  • 冒充他人或散布不實資訊;
  • 詐騙、誘導投資/借貸或外部付款;
  • 任何違反適用法律的內容或行為。

若您發現不當內容或濫用行為,請使用 App 內的「檢舉」或「封鎖」功能。我們承諾在 24 小時內審核有效檢舉,並在適當情況下移除內容及停權/永久封禁違規用戶。

您亦不得:

  • 利用平台從事未經授權的商業廣告、直銷或招攬;
  • 使用腳本、機器人或爬蟲自動化收集用戶資訊或配對;
  • 騷擾、威脅、跟蹤或反覆恐嚇其他用戶。

3. 內容所有權與授權

  • 您的內容:您保留對所發布照片、文字等內容的所有權。
  • 服務授權:您授予我們全球性、非專屬、免版稅的授權,以便在提供服務所必需的範圍內使用、儲存、傳輸及顯示您的內容。
  • 內容審核:我們有權審核並移除違反本條款或社群規範的內容,無需事先通知。

4. 服務變更與終止

  • 我們可隨時修改、暫停或終止全部或部分服務。
  • 若您違反本條款或社群規範,我們可暫停或永久封禁您的帳戶。
  • 您可隨時透過 App 內功能刪除帳戶以停止使用本服務。

5. 免責聲明

  • 用戶互動:chou chou 為社交平台,我們不對用戶線上或線下行為負責;請自行評估風險並謹慎互動。
  • 服務可用性:本服務依「現狀」提供,我們不保證服務不間斷、及時、安全或無錯誤。

6. 準據法與爭議

本條款受您所在地適用之法律管轄。因本條款引起的爭議,應提交至具有管轄權的法院處理。

7. 條款變更

我們可能不定期修訂本條款。重大變更將在 App 或本頁面公告;若您繼續使用本服務,即視為接受修訂後的條款。


三、自動續訂訂閱條款

本節適用於透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 購買的 chou chou 會員訂閱。

1. 訂閱方案

本 App 提供以下自動續訂訂閱(實際名稱與價格以 App Store/Google Play 購買畫面顯示為準):

  • 會員訂閱 — 1 個月(產品 ID:membership_monthly
  • 會員訂閱 — 3 個月(產品 ID:membership_3mo
  • 會員訂閱 — 6 個月(產品 ID:membership_6mo

會員功能可能包括:提高聊天上限、移除廣告、邀請封存、已讀與最後上線時間、Premium 徽章、大廳曝光提升等。具體權益以 App 內說明為準。

2. 付款與自動續訂

  • 確認購買後,費用將從您的 Apple ID 或 Google Play 帳戶扣款。
  • 訂閱將自動續訂,除非您在目前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。
  • 續訂費用將在當期結束前 24 小時內向您的帳戶收取。
  • 訂閱生效後,您可立即使用會員功能。

3. 如何管理或取消訂閱

iOS(Apple):前往「設定 → [您的姓名] → 訂閱項目 → chou chou」,選擇取消訂閱。

Android(Google Play):前往 Google Play「訂閱」管理 chou chou 訂閱。

取消後,您仍可使用會員功能至目前計費週期結束為止;已付費期間通常不予退款(退款政策依 Apple/Google 規定辦理)。

4. 恢復購買

若您曾於同一 Apple ID 或 Google 帳戶購買訂閱,可於 App 內「設定 → 恢復購買」還原會員資格。恢復購買不會產生新的扣款。

5. 免費試用與促銷(如有)

若 App Store 或 Google Play 提供免費試用或促銷優惠,未使用的試用期間將在購買訂閱時失效。相關條件以商店購買畫面顯示為準。

6. 價格變更

我們保留調整訂閱價格的權利。價格變更將依 Apple 或 Google 的政策通知您;若您不同意新價格,請在續訂前取消訂閱。

1. Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to chou chou (the "App" or "we"). We value your privacy and personal data protection. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user data, and the rights you may exercise.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: Email, display name, third-party sign-in identifiers (e.g., Google, Apple).
  • Profile data: Gender, match preferences, bio, photos, uploaded content.
  • Usage data: Login/active times, matching/chat actions, error and debug logs.
  • Device and technical data: Device model, OS version, IP address, mobile network/device identifiers.
  • Location data: With your consent, we may use regional information for localized features.
  • Payment and subscription data: If you purchase a membership subscription, payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers, but we may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, and expiry dates to provide membership features.
  • Communication data: Messages with other users or support (stored on servers as required for functionality).
  • Advertising data: If you use the free version, Google AdMob and similar services may collect advertising identifiers and device information to serve ads (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Data

We use data to:

  • Manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • Power matching and recommendation features;
  • Provide messaging and chat functionality;
  • Deliver membership subscription features (e.g., ad removal, premium features);
  • Send push notifications (messages, invites, etc.);
  • Provide customer support and fix errors;
  • Comply with laws and protect users and platform safety;
  • Analyze and improve the service (using de-identified or anonymized data where possible).

4. Sharing with Third Parties

To provide the service, we may share necessary data with:

  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM) — authentication, storage, and push notifications;
  • Third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple);
  • Payment platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) — subscriptions and payments;
  • Google AdMob — banner ads for non-member users;
  • Other analytics or infrastructure services — only as necessary to provide the service or as permitted by law.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to fulfill collection purposes or as required by law. You may request deletion of personal data through the in-app "Delete Account" flow. Some data (e.g., transaction records, legally required logs) may be retained for a period required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls). However, no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Minors

The App is not intended to knowingly collect data from children below the legal minimum age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us to request deletion.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred or stored outside your country/region to provide the service. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Policy Updates

2. Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to chou chou (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • Account security: You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
  • Age requirement: You must meet the legal minimum age to use this type of service in your region.

2. User Conduct (Zero-Tolerance Policy)

The Service provides messaging and social interaction. We have zero tolerance for the following; violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans:

  • Sexual, nude, violent, or graphic content;
  • Hate, discrimination, harassment, or bullying;
  • Threats to personal safety;
  • Impersonation or misinformation;
  • Scams, investment/loan fraud, or off-platform payment solicitation;
  • Any content or conduct that violates applicable law.

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, use in-app Report or Block. We commit to reviewing valid reports within 24 hours and, when appropriate, removing content and suspending or permanently banning offending users.

You must not:

  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial advertising, direct sales, or solicitation;
  • Use scripts, bots, or crawlers to collect user information or automate matching;
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or repeatedly intimidate other users.

3. Content Ownership and License

  • Your content: You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you post.
  • Service license: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Moderation: We may review and remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines without prior notice.

4. Service Changes and Termination

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
  • If you violate these Terms or Community Guidelines, we may suspend or permanently ban your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time through in-app features to stop using the Service.

5. Disclaimer

  • User interactions: chou chou is a social platform. We are not responsible for user behavior online or offline; please assess your own risk and interact carefully.
  • Availability: The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Disputes relating to these Terms shall be submitted to a court with proper jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


3. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

This section applies to chou chou membership subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

1. Subscription Plans

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions (actual names and prices are shown on the App Store / Google Play purchase screen):

  • Membership — 1 month (Product ID: membership_monthly)
  • Membership — 3 months (Product ID: membership_3mo)
  • Membership — 6 months (Product ID: membership_6mo)

Membership benefits may include: increased chat room limit, ad removal, invite archive, read receipts and last seen, Premium badge, increased lobby visibility, and more. See in-app descriptions for details.

2. Payment and Auto-Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal charges are applied to your account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Membership features are available immediately after the subscription becomes active.

3. Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

iOS (Apple): Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → chou chou, then cancel.

Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → Subscriptions to manage your chou chou subscription.

After cancellation, you retain membership benefits until the end of the current billing period. Paid periods are generally non-refundable (refunds follow Apple/Google policies).

4. Restore Purchases

If you previously subscribed on the same Apple ID or Google account, use Settings → Restore Purchases in the App to restore membership. Restoring does not start a new charge.

5. Free Trials and Promotions (if offered)

If the App Store or Google Play offers a free trial or promotional offer, any unused trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Terms shown on the store purchase screen apply.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated per Apple or Google policies; if you do not agree to a new price, cancel before renewal.
